I'm not sure how much I want this to be a point-by-point analysis vs. pulling from various places to come up with a consistent viewpoint; possibly I'll do both, going from one to the other until I get the whole picture. A careful, thoughtful, creative analysis is required to get the full picture. Given superseding commands, extrapolate what how any command would most reasonably apply to the biblical Christian living in contemporary society.
